Transforming the Youth Narrative in Uganda Through Creative Arts

Adiko is working on leveraging mediums such as music, dance, and visual arts, and creative initiatives to provide youth with platforms to share their stories, develop skills, and foster innovation. This approach not only nurtures talent but also promotes positive change, inspiring young individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Our aproach to change

Vision
We envision a community where every young person is free and able to discover, explore and develop their talents and abilities. Without being suppressed or silenced but rather supported.

Mission
To identify, nature and develop talents and abilities among young people so that they can inspire positive change and actively contribute in the development of their community.

Our Philosophy
At Adiko, we believe that providing young people with creative skills will not only boost their confidence, but also give them hope and encourage personal development. This way, they can actively contribute in the development of their community.
Who we are
We are a non profit organization that works to support disadvantaged youth through skill development. We use creative arts as a tool to inspire personal development and growth.

What we do
We are a non profit organization that supports disadvantaged young people in our community. We use creative arts as a tool to empower the youth emotionally and financially. We aim to energize them to overcome their daily struggles and embark on journey of growth.
We Find & befriend
We search for young people that need our support the most and provide the support that they need.
We Provide Care
Today’s youth need a helpful hand and right guidance at every stage. Here’s where we take care of them like our own. Right from the grassroots level.
We train
We train creative youngsters to harness the power of creative arts to improve their life both financially, emotionally, and psychologically. Our studios are a place where young people can train and improve on their creativity.
We Employ
Youngsters who demonstrate promising creativity can get a chance to work with us in our studios. This is aimed at supporting and empowering them financially.

I believe that providing young people with creative skills will not only boost their confidence, but also give them hope and encourage personal development.
The youth are the future so we need to care about them.
